FreshAirSports Pilates uses online scheduling for the convenience of our clients. Access our online schedule here
Our Pilates classes incorporate movement from all Pilates equipment including the reformer, the Pilates "chair" and the tower/Cadillac and props such as bands and fitness circles. Maximize your core strength and flexibility with a complete, full-body workout. All of our equipment is from Balanced Body, the leader in Pilates equipment.
Existing clients can add or change their existing class schedule. New students may enroll in eight-week introductory classes. If you are a new client with previous Pilates equipment experience and you would like to join an existing class, please contact us via email or phone (541) 318-7388 and we will help you schedule a class that meets your needs.
Definitions of the various types of Pilates sessions offered:
| Pilates Class: | Small group sessions with a maximum of three (3) students Includes 8-week introductory courses, regular class packages and 6-week session packages |
| Private Sessions: | Individual sessions (1:1) |
| Semi private/Duet: | Two (2) students together |
Some additional information about our studio:
- The prerequisite to entering equipment classes are either a FreshAirSports Pilates eight-week introductory course, 3-5 private sessions or demonstrated Pilates experience.
- Students enrolled in a regular time slot must cancel 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session
- If you are interested in a specific time for a class, private or semi-private/duet (2 people) and you do not see it available on our schedule, please contact us via email or by phone at (541) 318-7388. We are always happy to work with you to find a time that is convenient.

Start an at-home core routine with a "FreshAirSports Focus Session" - $40
Looking to integrate a core workout into your training routine, but do not have the time to commit to classes? We will create an individual Pilates mat workout for you to do at home and go through it with you in a 30-minute session in the studio so you properly learn the exercises. For an extra fee, we will create a personalized Podcast for you to download to your iPod so you can follow along while you exercise. We also recommending purchasing a BASI (Body Arts and Sciences) DVD to complement your at-home mat workout.
