Saturday, July 19th Sunday, July 20th
  • Olympic Distance Triathlon

  • Sprint Distance Duathlon (run/bike)
  • 10K run

As always at the Deschutes Dash, it's all about the athlete! Watch swimmers, cyclists and runners from one of the many fantastic vantage points — the footbridges that cross the river, the paths along the river bank or one of the fabulous restaurants in The Old Mill!

It is our goal for everyone to have a fantastic race experience. We will have great prizes and awards, a fantastic post race experience with great food, free beer and great music.

›Introducing the Working Wonders Children's Museum...

The Working Wonders Children's Museum is our event beneficiary. They will spearhead the kid's Splash & Dash on Saturday, July 19th and also help keep the little ones busy during the day with water tables and other activities.

Working Wonders kids learn by doing. They immerse themselves in the exhibits and become part of the creative environment. They're free to explore, discover, learn and most of all, play. By harnessing the power of play, Working Wonders provides the hands-on learning experiences that are critical to childhood development. The museum is funded by donations, sponsorships, grants and admissions.

›Volunteer opportunities!

Are your friends, partner, spouse or kids coming with you to cheer you on? If they would like to get closer to the action, maybe they'd like to volunteer for a few hours. Please email Heather Clark, our fabulous volunteer coordinator if you are interested in helping out!
