› The Community Challenge
The Community Challenge is a way for you, your company or a group of friends to help raise awareness and funds for the Working Wonders Children's Museum.
:: How it Works - four easy steps!
- Commit to raising $500 by July 1, 2009 (for one to three individuals or one team). 100% goes to The Working Wonders Children's Museum and is tax deductible. Make sure donors make checks payable to Working Wonders. Have a large group? Contact the race director for group or team options!
- Register yourself or your team for The Deschutes Dash online via Signmeupsports.com and make sure to check the "Community Challege" box. Make sure you put your company or sponsor name in the “Company name” box so we ensure that your entire team (or every individual) is noted as a Community Challenge supporter.
- Download the Community Challenge Donation Form (below) and send into FreshAirSports at 86 SW Century Drive, #251, Bend, OR 97702
- Pick up your race packet and get ready to race! Community Challenge participants will have their own swim wave.
:: Benefits of participating in Community Challenge
- Corporate visibility – banners, verbal acknowledgement of companies participating, presence on event website
- “VIP" privileges including a separate swim wave and racks in the transition area as well as a special finisher's shirt
- Separate awards category – more corporate visibility at awards ceremony
- Help us achieve our goal to raise $10,000 for Working Wonders!
