If you want to register for two races on the same day and you want to register online, you have to go through the online registration process twice. Sorry, it's not the most convenient but it's the cleanest way to make sure we get both of your races noted!
› Refund & Transfer Policy - please review!
I understand and accept that my entry fee may only be partially refunded if FreshAirSports is notified in writing the day before each event (November 13th or November 27th). The following rules apply:
Athletes may receive a 50% refund (minus service fees) of their entry fee only due to medical reasons if the request and a physician's note is received
prior to the date of the event.
Entries may not be transferred to another person.
If you cannot participate in 2009 event due to an injury or medical issue, you may transfer an entry to 2010 if the race director is notified prior to the date of the event. Note that if there is a difference in race entry fees or extra costs the athlete will pay the difference. In the event of a transfer to the following year, it is the responsibility of the athlete to confirm with the race director the intent to participate. The race director must be contacted 30 days in advance of the race date.
We know weather can be a factor, that's why we race 'cross and what makes it even more fun. Races take place rain or shine in sleet, ice or snow or good ol' Central Oregon sunshine. If you cannot make it due to weather, we will miss you but we cannot offer a refund or transfer.
We understand that plans change and circumstances happen, therefore we have a refund policy. Please note that refunds are only possible up until the day prior to the event.
